Whatever values you find looking for a value on this car, it will not show the extra value of this original Continental Kit, which by itself is worth $600 to $800. I will consider selling the car without the kit since I have had several offers from people to buy the Continental Kit only. This is a firm, low-priced car you can drive across country.... and.... A CLASSIC BEAUTY!! Because of its age, (17 years old now), in time it could actually increase in value if taken care of. A newer car will only decrease in value. The year a car is manufactured determines whether a car is considered to be a classic by the blue book publications. For example, both Kelley Blue Book NADA classifies any car or truck over 20 years old into their classic category. This car would be a good buy at a much higher price than my fixed-price. No rust, low miles. Good low-miles tires. This car has been good on gasoline too, about 18 mpg on road. Very comfortable to sit in both back and front, gives lots of leg room. Interior: The white leather seats have no tears, but it does have normal wear lines in the leather, which could be refinished. Exterior:It has been garage kept and well cared for. The white top is clean with no blemishes. The exterior paint has a few normal nicks that are not too obvious, but little touch-ups can remedy. There is a barely noticeable and hard to find dent under the front bumper on the driver side. It looks like the car ran up on a curve and you have to look hard to see it as it is mostly UNDER the front bumper. See Photos. We never bothered to fix it since it is not noticeable. The light cover above it is slightly cracked. Mechanical: Last inspection all passed okay, but new shocks were suggested. We, as owners and users, have not noted ANY problems at all..
